Successful educational institutions have marketing campaigns. These can be campaigns to sell a product to fit a student’s career goals, recruit teachers, increase your prestige, or attract supporters.
Online marketing and communication is a way for you to make new connections and share with the world. It’s a foundational skill that you can apply to grow your school for years to come, no matter how quickly technology changes and trends rise and fall.
If you’re uncomfortable with tech, that’s okay. Communication, online or offline, is not a contest. Participate. Try. Fail. Learn. Try again. Succeed!
Participate. Try. Fail. Learn. Try again. Succeed!
“Effective communication is essential. One aspect critical to it is being literate with current modes of communication. Digital technology has opened up a vast array of information paths and requires us to be not only linguistically literate but also to be effective critical thinkers when faced with information.
