About the Only Marketing Book for Schools
The Only Online Marketing Book You Need for Your School is the third book in a series of three intended to help schools, nonprofits, and small businesses get a grasp on the sometimes dizzying world of online marketing.
This book will help you better understand what digital offers your school so that you can partner with the right vendor, hire the right employees, and use the internet to succeed. Your digital presence is an extension of all the things your institution does online and off.
This is the third book in a three book series for small business, nonprofits, and schools.
Successful educational institutions have marketing campaigns. These can be campaigns to sell a product to fit a student’s career goals, recruit teachers, increase your prestige, or attract supporters.
Online marketing and communication is a way for you to make new connections and share with the world. It’s a foundational skill that you can apply to grow your school for years to come, no matter how quickly technology changes and trends rise and fall.
If you’re uncomfortable with tech, that’s okay. Communication, online or offline, is not a contest. Participate. Try. Fail. Learn. Try again. Succeed!
Participate. Try. Fail. Learn. Try again. Succeed!
“Effective communication is essential. One aspect critical to it is being literate with current modes of communication. Digital technology has opened up a vast array of information paths and requires us to be not only linguistically literate but also to be effective critical thinkers when faced with information. The authors have provided facts, ideas and pathways for the reader to become more effective communicators in this Age of Digital Thinking.”
